Oh, Internets, thank you.  From all of us who should be doing something better, or who need to pretend we’re doing something better, we thank you from the bottom of our empty hearts.  According to recent statistics, around 15 hours of video are uploaded on to Youtube.com every minute, so you’d better take this as a ringing endorsement when we recommend or steer you towards only a few minutes worth of video.  Our friends over at Slatnty Shanty Records have decided that audio just ain’t enough for them, they need to conquer another medium: video.  Slanty Shanty’s gone and gotten itself it’s own youtube page, so you can get all your SSR-related vids at one convenient location: here.

In other SSR news, the label’s got a mess of mp3′s previewing upcoming and brand new releases.  Chicago power-trio CAW CAW is prepping it’s full-length debut and you can peep a demo entitled “Toothless,” as well as get an earful of three songs off of the band’s previous Math the Band record, Banned the Math in anticipation of their SSR debut, Don’t Worry.  SSR has also posted a track from Cygnus Bell‘s upcoming EP “Thickly Settled” that goes by the handle “Done For, Surely.”  We’ve got that sitting right there below, all the other stuff, plus loads and loads of interviews and sundry goodies await thee at Slanty Shanty’s website.
