The 3rd installment of Daytrotter‘s excellent Barnstormer tour comes by West Liberty tomorrow night with a strong line-up of current indie pop faves. The Delta Spirit and Ra Ra Riot headline the show, but there’s some other really good stuff in the rest of the line-up too.

Get a taste of new voice Nathaniel Rateliff, who’ll be back in Iowa City at the Mill in May opening for the Tallest Man on Earth. His debut album, In Memory of Loss, comes out next week.

Some of you may have seen power-pop group Free Energy at the Mill last time they played Iowa (I think in the fall). The cheeky rockers are now armed with a Pitchfork-approved , James Murphy-produced debut record. They’ll certainly be the loudest, boogiest band on this bill.

Rounding out the bill is Pearly Gate Music, the music of one Zach Tillman. The brother of Fleet Foxes member J. Tillman, Zach’s got his own record coming out later this spring via Barsuk.

That’s a lot of information on a lot of bands! And it barely scratches the surface of what these awesome artists have going for them. So what else do you need to know? This show starts at 7pm.
